All menu items are made from scratch using locally sourced ingredients and the highest quality seasonal produce possible for the most decadent, sweet and savory delights.

Selections must be ordered in advance and are served in-suite, al fresco private garden,

interior cottage dinette, or cozy winter den.​

Catering services available for parties up to six guests.

Custom menus are curated to your specifications. Full tea service, appetizers, and/or set course meals available. Please call for pricing and availability.

All menu items are not allergen or gluten free, and are made without preservatives.

Only quality, whole ingredients are used, id est; butter, cream, milk and sugar.

Tea Service
Tea service includes unlimited beverage service, and is served with all accoutrements $15 per selection
Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese Bites ~ Dried, sweet cranberries, toasted pecans and herbs rolled over creamy goat cheese and drizzled with honey.

Cicchetti Burrata ~ Toasted garlic infused olive oil flatbread with Genovese basil pesto aioli, vine ripened tomatoes, garden basil, burrata con panna, and aged balsamic drizzle.

Smoked Salmon Derby Canapés ~ Smoked Norwegian carpaccio salmon, thinly sliced English cucumber, Kentucky Benedictine spread, minced chives and marinated capers on a soft blini. 

Boursin Tartelette
 ~ Savory herbed Boursin cheese in flaky, buttery pastry with hickory smoked bacon, roasted onions, bell pepper medley and chives.

Roast Beef Tea Sandwiches Thinly sliced roasted beef with a dollop of spicy horseradish cream and sprinkled with chives on a soft rosemary garlic tea bread

Queen's Coronation Tea Sandwiches ~ Savory tea sandwiches with Major Grey's mango chutney and toasted almonds on soft tea bread.

Deviled Egg Tea Sandwiches ~ Whipped seasoned eggs on soft pumpernickel tea bread with smoked Hungarian paprika, chives and flaked sea salt.

Blue Walnut Crostini ~  Creamy, smoked blue cheese on buttery puff pastry, topped with candied walnuts and fresh thyme.

White Chocolate Raspberry Almond Scones ~ Tender and sweet biscuit swirled with fresh raspberries and a white chocolate almond glaze.

Buttermilk Scones ~ Classic, tender biscuit perfected with clotted crème and fruit jam.


Sopapilla Cheesecakes ~ Buttered pastry with cinnamon and vanilla sugar cheesecake topped with mixed berries and honey glaze.

French Silk Chocolate Tarts ~ Decadent chocolate mousse filled pastry, crowned with whipped Chantilly crème and chocolate shavings.

Tarte au Citron ~ French lemon custard tart in a flaky, buttery pastry cup, topped with whipped crème and fresh berries.

Southern Skillet Scramble  ~  Seasoned home fries, fire roasted onions, and bell pepper medley, topped with scrambled or fried organic heirloom eggs, shredded Colby-Jack cheese and scallions mixed with your choice of crumbled pan sausage, sliced jalapeno cheddar sausage links, or thick cuts of hickory smoked bacon, served with your choice of homemade biscuits or toast.

Tex-Mex Desayuno Mexican pork chorizo, thick cut hickory smoked bacon, crumbled pan sausage or sliced jalapeno cheddar sausage links, with scrambled or fried organic heirloom eggs, shredded Colby-Jack cheese, served with seasoned papas and peppers, refried beans, cotija crumbles, sliced avocado, pico de gallo and roasted poblano crema. Served with your choice of homemade flour or corn tortillas.

European Petit Déjeuner ~ Fried heirloom egg over sliced avocado with everything seasoning on buttered pumpernickel toast. Served with cracked pepper and flaked sea salted fresh tomato slices and seasonal fruit cup with toasted nuts.

Slow Cooked Steel Cut Oats Served with warmed crème or 2% Fage Greek yogurt, local honey, roasted Saigon cinnamon, dried fruits, roasted walnuts, pecans, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.                                 Chia and ground flax seeds available upon request. 



Dinner

Relax and dine in with an optional gourmet dinner, including unlimited beverage service $40 per person
Beef Lazagna ~  Tender layers of lasagna between a savory spinach and herbed cheese spread, creamy béchemel sauce and hearty fire roasted marinara with caramelized onions, roasted garlic, spicy Italian sausage and beef. Your choice of a house or ceaser salad, and roasted garlic rolls.

Mexican Pork Carnitas Marbled country style pork ribs seared on fire and hickory smoke then slow roasted with onions, peppers, oranges, oregano and savory seasonings until fork tender. 
Served as tacos, in a bowl with toppings of avocado, crema, radish, cilantro and pico de gallo, or over buttered corn grits.


Tuscan Chicken
 ~  Seasoned chicken medallions in a rich and creamy sundried tomato basil sauce with caramelized onions, peppers, and garlic.
Optionally served over pasta, rice, or potatoes. Your choice of house, caesar salad or vegetable medley, and buttered dinner rolls.

 
Planche de Charcuterie
 ~ Chef's selections of various epicurean tapas, meze, terrines, pâtés, rillettes, and salumi, perfect for an exotic unique meal. Market priced
